Christmas cards have hit the shop! The best part about these cards is that they also help spread awareness for FoxG1 syndrome, a cause very near my heart. This year, my family was introduced to a new community of amazing kids who have FOXG1 syndrome like my Maxwell. The families in this group are incredibly amazing, and they band together to support each other. FoxG1 syndrome research is in its infancy, and our little foxes need the support of their communities to help raise awareness and money for the cause and a cure.
MarisaMade is very happy to be able to donate a portion of the proceeds from card sales to the International FoxG1 foundation to help fund researching a cure! On the back of each holiday card is a message to help educate others about our cause.
Some other exciting things have been happening these past 2 weeks. MarisaMade cards will now be stocked and sold at the WV Marketplace in the Capitol Market in Charleston, WV and also at Lil Bit of Heaven Cupcakes in Saint Albans, WV. (If you are new to these two businesses, I highly recommend heading to the Capitol Market to purchase locally made and grown products! Lil Bit of Heaven Cupcakes has the dreeeamiest flavors! Each cupcake is crafted with love and perfection by the owners and their friendly staff!)
I have to say, I am OVER THE MOON to be working with these wonderful businesses!
On Sunday, December 11, I will be at the WV Marketplace in the Capitol Market with Christmas cards and holiday art! I would love to see you there if you are out and about that day!
